Refund & Cancellation Policy

At First Page By SEO, we believe a satisfied client is the happy client. However, sometimes our definition of satisfaction does not match with theirs. Hence below given is the cancellation and refund policy followed by our company.

One can place the request of cancellation through their concerned sales representative in the format suggested by them within 7-10 working days (Excluding Saturdays and Sundays) of signing the service agreement.

• • One cannot place cancellation request for promotional offers.
• • Cancellation for third party paid services like domain name registration and domain name transfer are not entertained.
• • There will be automatic cancelation of service agreement if the payment is not done past 10 working days of the said date in contract unless and until you have communicated with the right authorities.
• • No fee will be refunded in case of project cancellations.

• • Refund policy varies from service to service.
• • Refund will be equivalent to the amount for which the task is not completed.
• • Basic fees such as Administrative fees or installation charges will not be refunded in any case.
• • In Case of any violation of terms and conditions as well as any point mentioned in the contract, the agreement will be null and void and there will be no refund for the same.
